A Workplace Needs Assessment is a personalised evaluation designed to identify the specific adjustments and support required to help neurodivergent or disabled employees perform their roles effectively. Conducted through a two-hour remote conversation with an assessor, the process explores the employee's daily tasks, responsibilities, strengths, and challenges. The resulting report offers tailored recommendations for adjustments.
