Empowering Neurodiversity and SENDs
Empowering Neurodiversity and SENDs

Our Neurodiversity Workplace Coaching for Individuals offers personalised support to neurodivergent employees, helping them thrive. This tailored coaching programme provides practical strategies, resources, and guidance to enhance performance, communication, and overall job satisfaction. Ideal for neurodivergent individuals seeking to overcome workplace challenges, our coaching fosters personal growth and professional success. Empower your employees and create an inclusive environment with our Neurodiversity Workplace Coaching for Individuals.

Our coaching is designed to help individuals better understand how their brain works, not by trying to “fix” anything, but by building awareness, confidence, and practical strategies that actually fit their life.
We work in a collaborative, supportive way. Each session is guided by the individual's needs, challenges, and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we take time to explore how your neurodivergence shows up for you day to day, whether that’s in your work, relationships, routines, or sense of self. From there, we introduce tailored strategies that feel realistic and achievable, rather than overwhelming.
A key part of the process is helping you make sense of your own patterns. This might include understanding your energy levels, how you respond to pressure, what impacts your focus, and why certain tasks feel harder than others. With that understanding, we can begin to build personalised approaches to support executive functioning, including planning, prioritisation, organisation, time management, and task initiation.
Alongside practical tools, we also focus on self-advocacy and communication. Many individuals find that once they understand their needs more clearly, they feel more confident asking for the right support at work or in everyday life.
The aim isn’t perfection; it’s progress, self-awareness, and creating ways of working that support you in thriving, not just coping.
Funding for this coaching can be accessed through the UK government's Access to Work scheme. The Access to Work scheme provides financial assistance to support employees with disabilities or health conditions, ensuring they have the necessary resources and accommodations to succeed in their jobs. This can include funding for coaching, assistive technology, and other workplace adjustments.
To access this funding, employees need to apply directly to the scheme. The process involves completing an online application form, providing details about their job and the support they need. We are happy to assist you with your Access to Work application and discuss your personalised coaching plan. Our team ensures you receive the support you need to thrive in your role. Please get in touch with us for guidance and to create a tailored coaching strategy that meets your needs.
